Friday’s rally was most pronounced among names that recently announced equity or debt financings. Vivakor Inc. (VIVK) climbed nearly 74% after unveiling a $23 million convertible preferred deal that bolsters liquidity through year-end. Qualigen Therapeutics (QLGN) and Wellgistics Health (WGRX) similarly surged 70% and 67%, respectively, as they prepped equity offerings to advance clinical and blockchain-payments initiatives. The biotech group outperformed broader markets, with NEUP and DVLT each up roughly 50% on funding announcements.
Energy services (MSAI) and specialty chemicals (SCNX) also attracted investor interest, posting gains in the 40%–50% range on optimistic outlooks for sector recovery. Across the board, 13 of 16 issues rose more than 30%, while only GRND exhibited single-digit growth relative to its peers.

Notably, MAMK’s nearly 200% price advance was accomplished on a modest 2.6 million share turnover, suggesting targeted speculator interest versus broad-based accumulation.
