Article 1. Purpose These Terms and Conditions govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Panomix Inc. and users in relation to the use of the stock information service “ATTN” (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

Article 2.  Additional Definitions
“User” refers to any individual who uses ATTN in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
“Content” refers to all information provided within the Service, including but not limited to text, images, links, news summaries, and stock data.

Article 3. Posting and Amendment of Terms Panomix Inc. will make these Terms easily accessible by posting them on the service’s homepage or through other appropriate means. The company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable laws when deemed necessary. Any revised Terms will be announced in advance with the effective date and the reason for the revision clearly stated.

Article 4. Effect and Changes to Terms These Terms apply to all users who wish to use the Service. If the Terms are revised, Panomix Inc. will notify users in advance. Users who do not agree to the revised Terms may discontinue their use of the Service.

Article 5. Provision of Services Panomix Inc. provides users with the following services:
Stock-related news and summaries
Other services as defined by the company
The Service is in principle available 24/7 year-round but may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons.

Article 6. Service Restrictions Panomix Inc. may temporarily suspend or restrict the use of the Service in the following cases:
System maintenance, repairs, or updates
Power outages or technical difficulties
Other force majeure events

Article 7. Intellectual Property Rights All content provided through the Service is the intellectual property of Panomix Inc. Users may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publish any content without prior authorization. Information obtained through the Service may not be used for commercial purposes without the company's prior consent.

Article 8. Disclaimer of Liability Panomix Inc. does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided and is not responsible for any investment decisions made based on such information. The company is not liable for the reliability or accuracy of any information, materials, or facts posted by users within the Service. Panomix Inc. is not responsible for any issues in Service usage arising from user negligence.

Article 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes between Panomix Inc. and users arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts under the Civil Procedure Act.
