U.S. Insurance Brokerage Shares Drop Over 7%, $400 Million Market Cap Vanishes

Ryan Specialty Holdings Inc. (NYSE: RYAN) closed at $46.58 on the New York Stock Exchange, down 7.24%, erasing roughly $4.05 billion in market value—about KRW 530 billion. Its current market capitalization stands at approximately $6 billion, or around KRW 7.8 trillion.
The company is scheduled to report its fourth-quarter 2025 results on February 12. Despite rebranding its London Financial Lines division, the stock has continued to underperform, declining about 20% over the past year.
Ryan Specialty Holdings is a wholesale insurance broker and managing general underwriter that designs and underwrites specialty insurance between brokers and carriers. It has grown by focusing on commercial insurance products with high claims risk or complex structures.
