P&G Baby & Family Care CEO Sells $1 Million in Company Shares

Procter & Gamble Co. (PG) disclosed on February 4 that Ma Fatima Francisco, CEO of its Baby, Feminine & Family Care division, sold 8,000 shares of the company’s common stock on the open market at $158 per share, realizing approximately $1.26 million (around KRW 17 billion). Following the transaction, Francisco still holds roughly 38,000 shares directly and indirectly, including those in her retirement plan, a spousal account and a SLAT trust.
On January 23, Chief Brand Officer Mark S. Pritchard exercised about 96,000 stock options at $80.29 per share and simultaneously sold the same number of shares at approximately $151.15 each in a same-day cashless transaction, generating tens of millions of dollars (around KRW 30 billion). After this transaction, Pritchard retains approximately 182,000 shares—both direct holdings and indirect stakes via family accounts and trusts—with his direct position alone valued at about $27 million (roughly KRW 360 billion).
In its fiscal 2026 second-quarter results announced on January 22, Procter & Gamble reported net sales of $22.2 billion, diluted earnings per share (EPS) of $1.78 and core EPS of $1.88. The company maintained its full-year net sales and core EPS growth guidance and reiterated its commitment to shareholder returns through dividends and share repurchases. In January, the board approved a quarterly dividend of $1.0568 per share, marking 135 consecutive years of dividend payments and 69 consecutive years of dividend increases.
Procter & Gamble is one of the world’s largest consumer-goods companies, operating in about 70 countries with a brand portfolio that includes Pampers, Tide, Gillette, Oral-B and Olay. Renowned for stable cash generation and a long-term dividend policy, the company’s Baby, Feminine & Family Care division led by Francisco and its Brands & Marketing organization overseen by Pritchard are key drivers of growth in core categories such as diapers, feminine-care products and household tissue.
