In its recently reported full-year and fourth-quarter 2025 results, the company posted revenues of $58.7 billion—a year-over-year increase of 8–9%—and an 11% rise in core earnings per share, reaffirming its solid growth trajectory. Investors were especially encouraged by strong performances in oncology and cardiovascular/respiratory therapies, as well as management’s projection of reaching $80 billion in sales by 2030 and designating 2026 as a “catalyst-rich year” with a concentration of clinical and regulatory milestones.

Headquartered in Cambridge, UK, AstraZeneca is one of the world’s leading biopharmaceutical firms, having sustained double-digit growth in recent years through cancer treatments like Tagrisso and Enhertu, alongside its cardiovascular and metabolic disease portfolio. After boosting its public profile with a COVID-19 vaccine, the company has pledged tens of billions of dollars in investments in the US and China and accelerated expansion of its North American investor base by moving its US listing from Nasdaq to the New York Stock Exchange.
