On February 17, John Kober, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, sold approximately 7,200 shares of the company’s stock in the open market under a predetermined trading plan, converting around $1.7 million (approximately KRW 2 billion) into cash. He continues to hold tens of thousands of shares.

In its fiscal 2026 first-quarter earnings released on February 5, MACOM reported revenue of $271.61 million and net income of $48.8 million, reflecting year-over-year growth. The company also raised its second-quarter revenue guidance to a higher range.

Other filings show that Ocampo continued to gradually trim her holdings in February, selling additional tens of thousands of shares on February 6 and 12.

Headquartered in Lowell, Massachusetts, MACOM designs and manufactures RF, microwave, and optical-communications analog and mixed-signal semiconductors, supplying chips to data centers, telecommunications, industrial, and defense markets. With a market capitalization of about $18.5 billion (around KRW 20 trillion), the mid-cap semiconductor company is led by CEO Steven G. Daly.
