T-Mobile Major Shareholder Sells Stake Worth 160 Billion Won... Legal Officer Also Disposes of Some Shares

T-Mobile US, Inc. (NASDAQ: TMUS) said that on February 12, director Raul Marcelo Claure sold 550,000 common shares held through Claure Mobile LLC at an average price of $217.57 per share, generating approximately $120 million (about KRW 160 billion) in proceeds. He still indirectly holds around 890,000 shares, valued at roughly $190 million (about KRW 250 billion).

Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel Nelson Mark Wolfe received some 30,000 restricted and performance-based shares on February 15. After tax withholding, he sold part of his holdings under a 10b5-1 plan between February 17 and 18 for proceeds in the millions of dollars, and he continues to directly own tens of thousands of shares.

In its February 11 release of fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results, T-Mobile reported service revenues of $18.7 billion in Q4 and $71.3 billion for the full year—up 10% and 8% year-over-year, respectively. Net income was $11.0 billion, and adjusted free cash flow reached $18.0 billion. The company projects continued growth in subscribers, EBITDA and cash flow for 2026.

At its recent capital markets day update, held alongside the Q4 earnings report, T-Mobile raised its mid- to long-term growth outlook, targeting 18–19 million broadband customers by 2030 (including 15 million on 5G broadband) and highlighting additional revenue contributions from digital and AI transformation.

The board approved a new shareholder return program of up to $14.6 billion through 2026 (about KRW 19 trillion) and declared a dividend of $1.02 per share payable on March 12, 2026, maintaining its balanced policy of dividends and share repurchases.
