After completing its SPAC merger with Churchill Capital X on February 17 and listing on the NYSE, Infleqtion has steadily expanded its quantum computing collaborations with the U.S. Department of Energy’s Sandia, Berkeley, and Fermi research laboratories. This month, the company will demonstrate a quantum-accelerated supercomputing system integrated with NVIDIA’s NVQLink at NVIDIA GTC 2026, and has been awarded $3.9 million (KRW 50 billion) in U.S. federal funding for quantum chemistry and materials research, further bolstering its technology and order pipeline.

Originally spun off from the University of Colorado in 2007 as ColdQuanta, the company rebranded to Infleqtion in 2026 before going public. A full-stack quantum technology provider, Infleqtion offers neutral-atom quantum computers, optical atomic clocks, RF receivers, inertial sensors, and its proprietary Superstack control software. Its customers include the U.S. Department of Defense, NASA, the U.K. government, and NVIDIA.
