NVIDIA Bets $2 Billion on Partners to Strengthen AI Infrastructure Alliance

Marvell Technology, Inc. (MRVL) announced on March 31 that it has formed a strategic partnership with NVIDIA to integrate its custom XPU and scale-up networking solutions into NVIDIA’s NVLink™ Fusion rack-scale platform, thereby joining NVIDIA’s AI Factory and AI-RAN ecosystem. The two companies will also co-develop next-generation optical interconnects and silicon photonics technologies for AI and 5G/6G communication networks.
