In 2023, it reorganized from BGC Partners into a holding-company structure and now offers trade brokerage as well as data and fintech services across wholesale bond, FX, energy and commodity markets. It is also rolling out the FMX futures exchange, positioning itself to compete with CME in the U.S. Treasury and interest-rate futures arena.
