'Seagate' CEO Maintains Significant Stake Despite Selling Shares Worth 10 Billion Won
Under a pre-established Rule 10b5-1 trading plan effective April 1, 2026, William D. Mosley, CEO of Seagate Technology Holdings plc (Nasdaq: STX), sold approximately 20,000 shares of common stock in the open market at prices between $399 and $428 per share, generating proceeds of about $8.4 million (roughly KRW 100 billion).
