On April 17 and 20, under a pre-established Rule 10b5-1 trading plan, he sold an additional 368,000 shares, realizing about $64–65 million (around KRW 90 billion). His remaining holdings, both in trusts and direct shares, continue to be valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars.

Separately, during the same period, Director Stefan A. Dyckerhoff sold roughly 25,000 shares—combining direct holdings with multiple trusts and partnerships—under a 10b5-1 plan, generating about $4.4 million (around KRW 6 billion). He maintains tens of thousands of shares in both direct and indirect forms.

In its Q1 2026 financial results released on May 5, Astera Labs reported quarterly revenue in the low $300 million range, a company record that exceeded market expectations. It also raised its Q2 guidance to reflect expanding demand for AI infrastructure. During the same-day conference call, management highlighted strong demand for PCIe 6 and CXL-based data center connectivity solutions and an expanding hyperscaler customer base, signaling continued growth potential for the year.

Based in Silicon Valley, Astera Labs is a semiconductor design company specializing in high-bandwidth connectivity and memory interconnect solutions for data centers and AI servers. Since its Nasdaq listing in 2024, it has emerged as a key beneficiary of increased AI infrastructure investment. The company supplies dedicated chips and modules that link accelerators—such as NVIDIA and AMD—to servers, positioning the explosive data-movement demands of AI workloads as its core growth driver.
