In its May release of first-quarter results, the company posted revenue of $306 million and a net loss per share of $0.76, both exceeding Wall Street consensus and underscoring the sales momentum of its lead asset, brensocatib.
Insm…ed is a U.S. biopharmaceutical firm focused on developing and commercializing treatments for rare and severe pulmonary diseases. Its core pipeline includes the inhaled antibiotic Arikayce and brensocatib (brand name Brensufrip), a therapy for non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis.
