On April 28, the company reported first-quarter 2026 results, posting revenue of $173.13 million and an adjusted EPS loss of $0.32, both ahead of market estimates. Citing strength in its AI security platform and an accelerated shift to SaaS, Varonis also raised its full-year guidance. Since then, major brokerages have lifted their price targets while maintaining positive ratings, attributing the move to expanding AI demand and an overall improvement in investor sentiment.

Varonis provides data-security software that analyzes unstructured corporate data—such as files, emails and cloud storage—to detect privilege abuse and insider threats. Recently, it has bolstered its standing as an AI-security specialist by researching and disclosing vulnerabilities in generative-AI environments and by acquiring AI-security startup Oltru.
