The transaction included shares held directly in his name, as well as shares held through a trust and a limited partnership. Filings show that Dyckerhoff still retains a substantial direct and indirect stake in the company.

Earlier, on June 24, insider Bethany Mayer sold several hundred shares of common stock under an automated trading plan, generating roughly $270,000 (around KRW 400 million). Despite the sale, Mayer continues to hold both direct and indirect ownership in Astera Labs.

Astera Labs recently announced its inclusion in the Nasdaq 100 Index and reported first-quarter 2026 results, along with a positive outlook for AI infrastructure demand, keeping investor interest strong in its growth story.

The company is also expanding its design and engineering footprint in Taiwan and Israel to bolster its production and development capabilities and meet rising global demand for AI connectivity solutions.

Based in Silicon Valley, Astera Labs is a fabless semiconductor firm that designs and sells high-speed connectivity chips and systems for cloud and AI data centers. The company went public on the Nasdaq in 2024.

Its primary customers include major cloud service providers and server manufacturers. Astera Labs is leveraging next-generation interconnect technologies—such as PCIe and CXL—to expand its market share in AI infrastructure semiconductor solutions.
