Lagomarsino, who has more than 40 years of financial services leadership experience and most recently served as President and Chief Risk Officer of First Foundation Inc. and First Foundation Bank until its sale, brings extensive expertise in risk management, governance, and value creation, as highlighted by Columbia’s Chairman, CEO and President, Clint Stein. Her prior roles include President and CEO positions at Luther Burbank Corporation, Luther Burbank Savings, the California Bankers Association, and Heritage Oaks Bancorp, where she led strategic repositioning, digital expansion, and strong financial performance. She has also served on multiple financial institution boards and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco board and has been recognized with industry honors, underscoring the depth of experience she will contribute to Columbia’s board as the company continues to pursue disciplined growth and long-term shareholder value.
