On July 27, 2026, Kyverna Therapeutics, Inc. announced that it has entered into a commercial manufacturing and global clinical supply agreement with ElevateBio under which ElevateBio, as a CDMO partner, will provide flexible and scalable manufacturing capacity for Kyverna’s autologous CD19-directed CAR T-cell therapy miv-cel (mivocabtagene autoleucel) to support anticipated U.S. commercial launch in stiff person syndrome (SPS), future indications such as generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG), and ongoing clinical studies, thereby reinforcing Kyverna’s commercialization readiness as it progresses a rolling BLA submission for SPS targeted for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.
