Greystone Servicing Company LLC assigned its special servicing rights and obligations on numerous commercial mortgage securitizations to C-IV Asset Management LLC effective September 1, 2026, as part of an asset purchase transaction.

Greystone Servicing Company LLC entered into an Assignment and Assumption Agreement effective September 1, 2026, under which it assigns to C-IV Asset Management LLC all of its rights, title, interests, and obligations as special servicer or general special servicer under the pooling and servicing and related co-lender and intercreditor agreements governing a large portfolio of commercial mortgage securitizations listed on Exhibits A and B, with C-IV affirming that no prohibitions or depositor consents prevent it from serving, certifying that it meets the required qualifications, and agreeing to satisfy all eligibility requirements within 30 days of the effective date pursuant to a prior Second Amended and Restated Asset Purchase Agreement dated July 31, 2026.
