Greystone Servicing Company LLC entered into an Assignment and Assumption Agreement effective September 1, 2026, under which it assigns to C‑IV Asset Management LLC all of its rights, title, and interest as special servicer under a broad set of commercial mortgage securitization pooling and servicing and related co‑lender/intercreditor agreements, and C‑IV Asset Management assumes all corresponding obligations, duties, and liabilities as special or general special servicer, certifying that it meets all eligibility and qualification requirements and that no third‑party consents are required for the transfer.
