Greystone Servicing Company LLC is transferring its special servicing rights and obligations for a large portfolio of CMBS securitizations to C‑IV Asset Management LLC effective September 1, 2026.

Greystone Servicing Company LLC entered into an Assignment and Assumption Agreement effective September 1, 2026 under which it assigns to C‑IV Asset Management LLC all of its rights, title and interest as special servicer under numerous commercial mortgage securitization pooling and servicing and related co‑lender and intercreditor agreements, and C‑IV assumes all associated obligations and confirms it meets the qualification and consent requirements to serve as special servicer for the listed CMBS transactions.
