PHH Corporation and affiliates amended their indenture to issue an additional $200 million of 9.875% Senior Notes due 2029 under their existing notes program.

On January 30, 2026, PHH Corporation and PHH Escrow Issuer LLC entered into a Second Supplemental Indenture with Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee and collateral trustee, and certain guarantor subsidiaries, pursuant to which the issuers will issue an additional $200,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 9.875% Senior Notes due 2029 as Additional Notes under the existing November 6, 2024 Indenture, consolidating these new notes with the previously issued $500,000,000 of the same series but with different issue and first interest payment dates and related temporary and permanent CUSIP/ISIN arrangements for Rule 144A and Regulation S tranches.
