On September 14, 2026, Soluna Holdings, Inc. announced that ERCOT has conditionally classified its 100 MW Project Dorothy green data center campus in Briscoe County, Texas as a Base Load resource within ERCOT’s Batch Zero large-load interconnection process, preserving its interconnection capacity and exempting it from further reliability evaluation or megawatt allocation pending completion of ERCOT’s verification. This follows a prior conditional Base Load position for the full 166 MW at Soluna’s Project Kati, bringing the company’s conditionally classified Base Load capacity across both Texas campuses to 266 MW. Soluna has also submitted a separate load interconnection request for an additional 50 MW at the Dorothy site that is being studied directly by the transmission and distribution service provider outside the Batch Zero threshold. Project Dorothy currently consists of 98 MW of energized capacity (Dorothy 1 and 2) behind the meter at the 150 MW Briscoe Wind Farm acquired in April 2026, with a planned 300 MW expansion (Dorothy 3) focused on AI and high-performance computing, contributing to Soluna’s approximately 206 MW of total operating capacity and a broader 6.3 GW development pipeline.
