Post Holdings, Inc. announced that Greg Pearson will join the company as President and Chief Executive Officer of its Post Consumer Brands segment effective April 1, 2026, succeeding Nicolas Catoggio, who became Post Holdings’ Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in January 2026; Pearson, currently CEO of Compana Pet Brands and a veteran executive with 25 years of consumer packaged goods experience across firms including Pretzels, Inc., Chewy.com, Conagra Brands, and General Mills, will be based at Post Consumer Brands’ headquarters in Lakeville, Minnesota, and will work closely with Catoggio over the coming months to ensure a smooth leadership transition.
