Elicio Therapeutics reported multiple durable complete responses in metastatic KRAS-mutant pancreatic cancer patients following ELI-002 7P treatment and subsequent nivolumab-based therapy and, subject to funding, plans a Phase 1 combination trial in first-line metastatic PDAC to validate and advance this strategy.

On June 17, 2026, Elicio Therapeutics, Inc. announced preliminary clinical observations from patients in its Phase 2 AMPLIFY-7P trial showing that three metastatic KRAS-mutant pancreatic cancer patients who had progressed on ELI-002 7P subsequently achieved 100% confirmed complete radiographic and metabolic responses, with durable outcomes, after receiving nivolumab-based checkpoint inhibitor therapy, alongside persistent mKRAS-specific T cell responses. The company believes these results suggest that ELI-002 7P may prime tumors to respond more deeply to checkpoint inhibition, particularly in microsatellite-stable disease historically refractory to immunotherapy, and plans, subject to funding, to initiate a Phase 1 study of ELI-002 7P in combination with standard chemotherapy and anti–PD-1 therapy in first-line metastatic PDAC to confirm activity and help shape a future Phase 3 adjuvant trial design. Elicio will further discuss these findings and development plans at a virtual key opinion leader event scheduled for June 24, 2026.
