On August 17, 2026, HIVE Digital Technologies Ltd., through its wholly owned subsidiary BUZZ High Performance Computing Inc., entered into a five-year GPU-based AI cloud services agreement with an investment-grade enterprise customer, representing approximately $350 million in total contract value and adding about $70 million in annualized recurring revenue, increasing BUZZ HPC’s total ARR to roughly $180 million as contracted capacity comes online through Q4 2026. Under the agreement, BUZZ HPC will deploy and own a dedicated AI infrastructure cluster of 2,016 NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs in NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 systems with NVIDIA Quantum-X800 InfiniBand networking and VAST Data storage at the Bell AI Fabric facility in Merritt, British Columbia, powered entirely by renewable hydroelectric energy and advanced liquid cooling. The deployment is expected in calendar Q4 2026, with capex of about $185 million funded in part by a roughly 10% ($35 million) upfront customer deposit, previously announced financing initiatives, and additional equipment financing, after which HIVE expects its HPC/AI daily revenue to reach about $500,000 and to earn attractive long-term returns and recurring cash flows from the long-lived NVIDIA infrastructure.
