Graf Global Corp. is changing its NYSE American ticker symbols from GRAF to TONT on July 27, 2026 in anticipation of its proposed business combination with Big3 HoldCo LLC, expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, with existing investors retaining redemption rights.

Graf Global Corp., a SPAC listed on NYSE American, announced that effective July 27, 2026 its Class A ordinary shares, units, and warrants will change ticker symbols from GRAF, GRAF U, and GRAF WS to TONT, TONT U, and TONT WS, respectively, to align with its previously announced proposed business combination with Big3 HoldCo LLC (BIG3), the professional 3‑on‑3 basketball league founded by Ice Cube and Jeff Kwatinetz. The company emphasized that TONT holders will, on a 1:1 basis, own the common equity and warrants of the surviving BIG3 entity upon closing of the business combination, expected in the fourth quarter of 2026, when the public company is to be renamed Big3 Basketball Holdings, Inc., subject to regulatory, shareholder, cash‑minimum, listing, and other customary closing conditions. Graf Global, which currently has no material assets other than approximately $92 million of cash in trust, reiterated that investors in GRAF now (and TONT after July 27) are effectively buying an interest in BIG3 if the transaction closes, while maintaining their right to redeem their public shares for cash (about $10.86 per share as of July 16, 2026, plus accrued interest) in connection with the business combination, and noted that no action is required by existing shareholders for the ticker symbol change and that CUSIP numbers will remain unchanged.
