On August 7, 2026, Crypto.com, Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. (DJT), and Yorkville Acquisition Corp. (MCGA) jointly announced that they have mutually agreed to terminate their previously announced proposed business combination to form Trump Media Group CRO Strategy, Inc., citing prevailing market conditions and shifting business and stakeholder priorities, and also agreed not to move forward with their earlier announced partnership under which Crypto.com would have serviced certain of Yorkville America’s anticipated ETF offerings; all discussions and development efforts related to the combination and the associated digital asset treasury structure will be concluded, while Yorkville America’s broader ETF business plans remain unchanged apart from the discontinuation of the limited servicing partnership.
