MacroGenics, Inc. announced an update on its ongoing Phase 1 trial of MGC026, a B7-H3–directed antibody-drug conjugate for advanced solid tumors, reporting completion of dose escalation, selection of a 7.5 mg/kg q3W dose for expansion in four tumor-specific cohorts, achievement of the pre-specified Stage 1 response threshold enabling progression to Stage 2 enrollment in the squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck cohort under Simon’s two-stage design, continued enrollment across additional cohorts including endometrial cancer, melanoma, and soft tissue sarcoma, absence of interstitial lung disease or ocular toxicity as of July 8, 2026, and plans to present interim clinical data for MGC026 and a separate lorigerlimab Phase 2 study in gynecologic cancers in poster sessions at the ESMO 2026 Congress in Madrid in October 2026.
