Greystone Servicing Company LLC is transferring its commercial loan special servicing rights and obligations to C-IV Asset Management LLC effective September 1, 2026, as part of an asset purchase of Greystone’s special servicing business.

Greystone Servicing Company LLC entered into an Assignment and Assumption Agreement, effective September 1, 2026, under which it assigns to C-IV Asset Management LLC all of its rights, title, interests, and obligations as special servicer under a broad portfolio of commercial mortgage securitization pooling and servicing agreements and related co-lender and intercreditor agreements; C-IV Asset Management agrees to assume all associated duties and liabilities as Special Servicer or General Special Servicer, represents that it meets or will meet within 30 days all eligibility and qualification requirements under the servicing and co-lender agreements, and confirms that no depositor consents are required and it is not prohibited from serving as special servicer under any of the referenced agreements, thereby effecting a transfer of Greystone’s special servicing platform and related assets pursuant to a previously executed Second Amended and Restated Asset Purchase Agreement dated July 31, 2026.
