Effective September 1, 2026, Greystone Servicing Company LLC transfers its special servicing roles under numerous CMBS servicing and co-lender agreements to C‑IV Asset Management LLC, which assumes all related obligations.

Greystone Servicing Company LLC entered into an Assignment and Assumption Agreement effective September 1, 2026, under which it assigns to C‑IV Asset Management LLC all of its rights, title, interests, and obligations as special servicer under a broad set of commercial mortgage securitization pooling and servicing and related co-lender agreements listed in Exhibits A and B, and C‑IV agrees to assume and perform all special servicing duties from the effective date, certifying it meets required eligibility and that no third‑party consents are needed for the transfer.
