Unifi Manufacturing, Inc. entered into a Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement dated August 16, 2026 with Enovum Data Centers Corp., under which Unifi agreed to sell, on an as‑is basis, two significant industrial real estate assets in Yadkin County, North Carolina—Property X (approximately 61.372 acres with a 400,000 sq. ft. building) and a carved‑out portion of Property Y (approximately 62.725 acres of land and 111,589 sq. ft. of an existing 1.4 million sq. ft. building)—together with certain related personal property, an assignable solar power offtake agreement, and related warranties and entitlements, for a purchase price of $60,000,000, subject to an inspection period, title and survey review, subdivision/combination of tax parcels, customary closing deliverables, easement and condominium documentation, prorations of taxes and costs, and negotiated representations, warranties, indemnities, and casualty/condemnation and default remedies.
