SharonAI Holdings Inc. announced that it has entered into a six-year strategic compute collaboration with NVIDIA to deploy 72 megawatts of new AI data center capacity in Australia using NVIDIA’s DSX AI factory design, supporting up to 40,000 Grace Blackwell GB300 GPUs under a revenue-sharing and credit-support model in which Sharon AI will sell NVIDIA-powered cloud services while NVIDIA receives both standard product revenue and a share of cloud revenue, expanding Sharon AI’s total AI factory capacity to 132MW (with 102MW contracted to customers) and positioning the company to have more than 55,000 NVIDIA GPUs deployed by mid-2027.
