On July 15, 2026, Nomadar Corp., a Nasdaq-listed experiential infrastructure company and subsidiary of Cádiz CF, announced that it has completed the acquisition of approximately 290,000 square meters of land in El Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz, Spain, consolidating its control over the entire site designated for development of the JP Financial Arena and enabling the company to advance into subsequent planning, development, financing, and partnership phases for this large, multi-purpose sports, entertainment, tourism, and MICE-focused project.
