Soluna Holdings entered a co-mining agreement with Bitdeer to deploy 28 MW (1.93 EH/s) of Bitcoin mining capacity at its Project Kati 1 site in Texas starting in September 2026, sharing in the resulting mining proceeds.

Soluna Holdings, Inc. announced that a subsidiary has entered into a co-mining agreement with Bitdeer Technologies Group’s subsidiary Dory Creek, LLC under which Bitdeer will deploy approximately 28 MW of its Sealminer A2 Pro Air Bitcoin mining equipment, representing about 1.93 EH/s of hash rate, at Soluna’s 83 MW wind-powered Project Kati 1 data center in Willacy County, Texas. Under this new co-mining structure for Soluna’s Bitcoin platform, Soluna will provide the site, power, and turnkey operations while Bitdeer supplies and owns the mining machines, with both parties sharing in the mining proceeds generated. Deployment is expected to begin in September 2026 and ramp up in batches in the K1BC phase of Project Kati 1, which is already contributing gross profit and forms part of Soluna’s broader 192 MW operating data center portfolio and 6.3 GW development pipeline.
