Forward Air Corporation entered into a non-binding MOU with a major customer to retain a significant portion of its business and extend the service contract term while allowing a phased transition of other services to alternative providers.

Forward Air Corporation announced that on July 20, 2026 it entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding with one of its largest customers to govern the continued provision of services that had been expected to transition to other providers, under which Forward expects to retain at least half of the approximately $250 million in 2025 revenue from this customer, with the potential to retain an additional 25%, and to extend the term of the contract for the retained services by at least two years, while the remaining services are anticipated to be transitioned to other providers beginning later in 2026 and continuing through 2027.
