Beyond Meat, Inc. entered into a multi‑year sales agreement with French supplier Roquette Frères, effective March 28, 2026, under which Roquette and its affiliates will supply specified minimum annual base quantities of a plant-based product to Beyond Meat and its affiliate Beyond Meat EU B.V., at contractually fixed 2026 pricing and a defined 2027 price adjustment mechanism, with detailed terms covering minimum purchase obligations and related liquidated damages, seller shortfall and cover-cost remedies, forecasts and binding rolling orders, quality standards and warranties, intellectual property ownership and infringement indemnities, confidentiality, insurance, limitations of liability, force majeure, audit and quality-control rights, and a term running through December 31, 2027 with potential two-year renewal periods by mutual agreement.
