On September 4, 2026, Stewards, Inc. filed a Nevada Certificate of Amendment to the designation of its Series A Preferred Stock, approved by its board of directors and at least two‑thirds of the Series A preferred holders, to amend Section 3(e) of the Series A Certificate of Designation by (i) replacing the prior 9.99% ownership or conversion limitation with a new maximum of 100% and (ii) deleting the sentence that previously allowed any holder, by written notice, to increase or decrease that maximum percentage, while leaving the rest of Section 3(e), including the requirement that the company cannot waive Section 3(e) without the consent of holders of a majority of the common stock, in full force and effect.
